From our kitchen
This is the loaf we bake first every morning. We started Lift Shack Provisions with a single goal: make the loaf we wanted to eat for breakfast — not too sweet, sturdy enough for toast, good enough to eat plain. The maple comes from a neighbor's sugarbush two ridges over; we toast the oats in the same oven the bread bakes in.
